I had originally sketched this scene out and recently painted it digitally as a gift for a friend.

I love painting birds and recently started using pastels on my fine feathered friends...I still love to paint digitally but am enjoying pastels and watercolours too. So I decided to do a couple collages of some of the more realistic birds that I've done.

I met up with a lady on Facebook...we lived next door to each other when we were kids :) She has taken some fantastic wildlife photos and given me permission to paint them and release them as tubes....this is my 1st...it is a Marsh Hawk I am happy the way it's going and hope to work on it more later today :)
